工作職責Responsibilities
1、客戶(經(jīng)銷商和終端客戶)的開發(fā)、管理、維護,與經(jīng)銷商及銷售團隊保持良好溝通與合作
Customer?(distributor/direct)?development,?management?and?maintenance,?keep?good?communication?and?cooperation?with?distributors?and?sales?team
2、對所負責的品牌有銷售計劃和活動計劃,各項促銷活動的提案、組織及協(xié)調(diào)、安排
Prepare?sales?plan?and?marketing?plan?for?targeted?brand,?proposals,?organization?and?coordination?of?various?promotional?activities
3、確保區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售,鋪貨及促銷活動的進行;
Conduct?promotional?activities?within?the?distribution?channel?for?the?area.
4、制定銷售指標,并按時上交銷售計劃及銷售總結(jié);及時掌握終端客戶的銷售狀況及經(jīng)銷商的分銷數(shù)據(jù)
Draw?up?sales?target?and?hand?in?sales?plan?and?sales?summary?on?time.?Analyze?the?sales?data?of?customers?and?distributors'?on?time.
5、團隊內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)與管理;
Coordination?and?management?within?the?team
6、制定所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)年度、季度、月度銷售計劃并逐一落實、總結(jié)匯報;
Formulate?the?annual,?quarterly?and?monthly?sales?plans?of?the?region,?and?to?implement?the?strategy?and?to?report?on?time;
7、收集與分析競品銷售信息,并對市場情況及時反饋;各品牌促銷活動的收集與匯總,以備提案參考
Collect?and?analyze?competitor's?sales?information?and?timely?feedback?to?market?situation.?Provie?promotion?report?and?collect?data?for?each?brand
8、制定所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)促銷、推廣等活動方案,并協(xié)調(diào)公司相關(guān)部門組織實施,挖掘潛在客戶,提升品牌銷量;

11、明確業(yè)務(wù)員客戶開發(fā)的方向(如渠道,指標,活動,客戶維護;

12、確保維修員日常工作的安排,避免生啤發(fā)生不必要的質(zhì)量問題;

13、監(jiān)控收款員每月安排對帳計劃執(zhí)行狀況;
Monitor?and?manage?account?receivable?and?cash?collection
14、直接管理公司超A類客戶,合理安排管理銷售人員工作時間、提高工作效率,飽和工作.

Main?Skills職位要求
1、 ??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷;
College?degree?or?above
2、3年或以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(啤酒、冷凍、咖啡等銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先);
????3?years?or?above?relevant?working?experience?(beer,?frozen,?coffee?and?other?sales?experience?are?preferred)
3、良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力及敏銳的市場洞察力;

4、英文基礎(chǔ)良好;

5、至少5人管理團隊經(jīng)驗;
