1.?Organization?and?management?of?the?after?sales?service?cases?tasks?across?the?departments?(e.g.?technical?department,?quality,?procurement);
????組織和管理售后服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),與銷售、技術(shù)、質(zhì)量部門保持良好的合作;
2.?Improve?warranty?procedures?&?claim?management?system,implement?them?within?the?organization;
????完善索賠保修管理程序,并確保其在組織內(nèi)部的實(shí)施;
3.?Enable?a?database?service,?improve?the?service?system;
????啟用售后服務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),完善售后服務(wù)體系;
4.?Responsible?for?coordinating?and?improving?the?quality?problem;
????負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)并推進(jìn)質(zhì)量缺陷的改善;
5.?Responsible?for?service?department?data?base?and?Baan?system?operation?and?maintenance;
????負(fù)責(zé)售后部門數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及Baan系統(tǒng)的操作和維護(hù);
6.?Set?up?and?keep?effective?communication?with?headquarters;
????和德國(guó)總部建立和保持有效溝通;
7.?Technical?support?for?customers;
????給客戶提供技術(shù)支持;
8.?Coordinate?after-sales?technican?daily?scheduling;
????協(xié)調(diào)售后服務(wù)專員的日常調(diào)度;
9.?Create?and?maintain?spare?parts?lists,?maintain?after?sales?tools;
????創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)備件清單,售后工具的維護(hù);
10.Write?service?reports?;
????提交售后服務(wù)報(bào)告;
11.Complete?other?jobs?ordered?.
????完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作。
任職要求:
1.?College?or?above,?major?in?professional?for?refrigeration?or?electric?mechanical?engineering,?etc;
??大專及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)為制冷、電氣、機(jī)械工程者為佳;
2.?3+?years?industrial?after-sales?experience;
??3年以上售后工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.?Familiar?with?the?marketing?information?in?the?whole?industry;
??熟悉所在行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)信息;
4.?Independent?ability?of?analysing?and?problem-solving;
??具有獨(dú)立的分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力;
5.?Familiar?with?office?software;
??熟練使用辦公軟件;
6.?Good?ability?to?communicate?in?Chinese?and?English;
??具有良好的中英溝通、表達(dá)能力;
