? Check?materials?status?of?warehouse，such?as?storage?and?no?storage.
? Control?and?monitor?inventory?at?sufficient?level,?feedback?to?planner?to?take?effective?turnover
? Arrange?sample?according?to?sales?request,?Communicate?and?coordinate?with?operation?team?to?give?fulfillment.
? Update?store?card?and?SAP?system?according?to?sample?list.
? Providing?the?Packing?list?、Shipment?detail、Stock?Transfer?to?the?related?departments?by?email?after?shipment.
? Checking?internally?of?packing、shortage,?damage?from?customer’s?feedback
? Updated?shipment?report?of??20N/CPF/SMD/SCT/MICORN?weekly.
? The?recruitment,?training?and?assessment?work?of?warehouse?staff.
? Check?and?Sign?the?overtime?and?attendance?sheet?every?month.
? According?to?the?staff's?performance?and?KPI?examination,?select?the?excellent?employee?of?every?quarter.
? Stock?taking?quarterly,?make?up?Store?Take?Form?and?report?to?management.
? Submit?a?Slow?Moving?Parts?List?to?Procurement?and?QA?Dept.?to?re-evaluation?and?decide?if?scrap?or?re-inspect?every?month.
? Preparing?stock?accuracy?rate?reports?quarterly.
? Updated?SAP?system?timely?as?weekly?import?and?export?arrangement.
? To?assist?Customs?and?Financial?department?to?check?and?provide?the?related?data.
? Handling?package?and?accessories?materials?according?to?inventory?and?actual?consumption
? Cooperate?with?different?department?of?visiting?and?introducing?of?warehouse.
? Assist?with?purchase?department?to?evaluate?suppliers’?performance?of?delivery?yield?rate?etc.
? Assist?with?management?of?other?assignments.
Requirements?(knowledge?&?Skills)
? College?or?above
? At?least?3?years?relevant?experience
? Proficiency?in?SAP
? Good?knowledge?MS?Office,
? Good?command?of?written?and?spoken?in?English
? Familiar?with?the?daily?operation?of?warehouse?receipt,?delivery,?inventory
? Be?responsible?and?positive,?team?player?and?good?communication?skill.
? Understand?ISO90001-2008,?ISO10004-2004?quality?management?system
