Responsibilities
1. Ensure?we?build?the?right?products,?release?must?meet?the?products?requirement?defined?by?the?US?parent?company
2. Deploy?Company?Quality?Policy?and?continue?to?improve?standards?operating?procedures?throughout?the?organization?and?make?sure?we?pass?the?ISO?annual?audits.
3. Assist?sales?to?handle?quality?issue?or?quality?complain?from?customers,?travel?to?the?site?if?needed.
4. Guide?the?technician?in?managing?the?day-to-day?quality?analysis,
5. Familiar?with?measurements?on?product?viscosity,?infrared?spectrometer,?GC?and?water?content?determination?will?be?a?plus.
6. Work?with?the?senior?USA/local?technical?resource?in?the?organization?to?provide?leadership?and?ensure?adherence?to?company?technical?direction.
Requirement
1. Experienced?in?setting?quality?control?directions?and?ISO?audit.
2. Bachelor?Science?degree?in?Chemistry，polymer?science?or?equivalent?in?a?related?field
3. Must?have?at?least?5-year?experience?in?quality?control?management?and?trouble?shooting.
4. Fluent?in?both?read?and?write?in?English?are?preferable.
崗位職責(zé)
1. 確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，符合美國(guó)總公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2. 執(zhí)行公司質(zhì)量方針政策，優(yōu)化公司現(xiàn)有運(yùn)營(yíng)流程，確保順利通過(guò)ISO年審。
3. 協(xié)助銷售部門處理質(zhì)量問(wèn)題和客戶投訴，如果需要，需到客戶施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決問(wèn)題
4. 指導(dǎo)質(zhì)檢員日常工作，包括所有的原材料或者產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)
5. 能測(cè)量產(chǎn)品粘度、使用紅外光譜儀，水分儀，氣象色譜儀會(huì)優(yōu)先錄取
6. 配合總公司，確保公司質(zhì)量方針與總部保持一致。
崗位要求
1. 熟悉質(zhì)量控制和ISO?9002，懂得六西格瑪者優(yōu)先
2. 化學(xué)，高分子科學(xué)或檢測(cè)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)位
3. 至少5年質(zhì)量部管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4. 英文讀寫(xiě)流利優(yōu)先錄取
