5. Visit?all?the?regions?construction?market?to?find?our?potential?key?distributors.?Avoid?sales?conflict?to?the?existing?mid?grade?clients,?offer?the?right?price?and?services?to?the?new?accounts,?each?month?develop?two?distributors
Requirements:

2. Bachelor?degree,?Basic?spoken?and?written?English.?Major?in?Chemical?will?be?preferred.
3. Self-motivated,?be?able?to?work?under?pressure,?result-driven?and?aggressive,?good?business?acumen.

職責(zé)及技能:
1、 在華東區(qū)拜訪管道制造商、建立經(jīng)銷商渠道、提高終端客戶品牌認(rèn)知度。
2、 區(qū)域內(nèi)維持老客戶的良好關(guān)系,以確保市場份額增長。
3、 競爭對手的信息收集,在華東已經(jīng)領(lǐng)先的高檔市場領(lǐng)域,銷售額達(dá)到并超過預(yù)算。避免客戶被競爭對手奪取。
4、 和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)配合,分享信息,并使用正確的戰(zhàn)略滲透中檔產(chǎn)品市場,在華東地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)中檔市場25%的市場份額占有率。
5、 拜訪區(qū)域內(nèi)所有建材機(jī)電城建立經(jīng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)。避免新客戶銷售與現(xiàn)有客戶沖突(提供正確的價(jià)格向新客戶)。加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)覆蓋到整個華東地區(qū)。每月開發(fā)2家新客戶。
要求:
1、 5年以上銷售及市場推廣相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有PVC管路系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
2、 本科學(xué)歷,基本的口語和書面英語表達(dá),?化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先。
3、 自我激勵能承受工作壓力,以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,積極進(jìn)攻,良好的商業(yè)反應(yīng)力。
4、 工作勤奮,誠實(shí),要求1/2-?2/3工作時間在華東地區(qū)出差。
