????1.全面負責培訓體系的建設、開發(fā)、管理及改進,提升員工的工作能力;
????2.制定年度培訓計劃及預算,跟蹤預算執(zhí)行情況;
????3.針對不同層級員工制定培訓方案;
????4.根據(jù)公司員工發(fā)展通道,負責開發(fā)相應培訓課程體系;
????5.負責公司的培訓需求調查分析、培訓課程的組織、執(zhí)行及效果評估;
????6.開發(fā)內訓外訓精品課程,建立員工培訓檔案,幫助員工發(fā)展;

????????Skills?and?experience?Required?任職要求

????1.本科以上學歷,3年以上大型集團化公司培訓管理經(jīng)驗;
????2.良好的協(xié)調和溝通能力;能夠順利推進和實施培訓計劃;
????3.善于學習,處事靈活;
????4.能夠結合市場和公司情況對培訓統(tǒng)籌執(zhí)行做出調整應對;
????5.英語聽說讀寫優(yōu)秀,可作為工作語言;

????1.??Bachelor's?degree??or?above,?a?minimum?of?3?years?of?training?management?experience?in?large?group??company;
????2.??Good?coordination?and?communication?skills;?be?able?to?promote?and?implement??training?programs?smoothly;?
????3.??With?learning?attitude?and?flexible?approach?to?problems;
????4.??Be?able?to?make?adjustment?and?response?to?the?overall?operation?of?training?program??according?to?the?market?and?the?company's?situation;
????5.Fluent?in?English?and?can??be?used?as?working?language;
