Responsibilities:
1.Translate?corporate?objectives?into?operational?objectives?at?each?store?level
2.Manage,?train,?monitor?and?develop?team's?performance
3.Monitor?and?supervise?all?Store?operations?(Inventory,?Process,?VM)?to?make?sure?they?comply?with?Dior?policies
4.Prepare?business?analysis?and?propose?action?plan?to?BM/Area/Retail?Manager
5.Generate?sales?&?traffic?by?recruiting?and?developing?customers'portfolio
6.?Ensure?the?Store?image,?Staff?image?and?customer?service?are?in?line?with?Dior?standards
Requirements:
1.?2-3?years?working?experience?in?the?Retail?Industry?at?a?managerial?level
2.?Experience?in?the?Luxury?industry?is?a?plus
3.?Good?communication?skills?(with?customers?&?staffs)
4.?Computer?skill?is?a?must
