工作職責(zé)：
Responsibilities:
1、發(fā)掘現(xiàn)有客戶，開發(fā)新客戶，實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售增長(zhǎng)。
Developing?new?revenue?of?business?with?existing?and?new?business?partners.
2、尋找新的市場(chǎng)，開發(fā)新的戰(zhàn)略和分銷渠道，把握增長(zhǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。
Identify?new?market?and?develop?new?strategies?and?distribution?channels?that?capitalize?on?the?growth?opportunities.
3、在上海建立銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)，提供培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，實(shí)現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)成長(zhǎng)。
Setting?up?sales?team?in?Shanghai?and?provide?training?and?coaching?to?grow?the?team.
4、全面負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)銷售和團(tuán)隊(duì)工作的計(jì)劃、組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和控制。
Responsible?for?the?Planning,?Organizing,?Leading?and?Controlling?of?the?team?and?sales?works.
5、規(guī)劃客戶開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略，制定解決客戶需求和實(shí)現(xiàn)其目標(biāo)的方案。
Plan?customer?engagement?strategies?to?develop?proposals?to?address?client’s?needs?and?meet?their?objectives.
6、研究市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手，尋找和開發(fā)公司的獨(dú)特賣點(diǎn)和差異化方案。
Identify?and?develop?company’s?unique?selling?propositions?and?differentiators?using?of?knowledge?of?the?market?and?competitors.
7、與產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)和國(guó)外制造商代表緊密合作，為實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展，確?？蛻魸M意和客戶問(wèn)題的解決。
Work?closely?with?product?team?and?manufacturer’s?representative?overseas?to?ensure?customer?satisfaction?and?problem?resolution?for?the?development?of?the?market.
8、可能分配的其他職責(zé)。

任職要求
Requirements:
1、工商管理大專/大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷，銷售或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷或同等專業(yè)。
Mm.?Diploma/Degree?in?Business?Administration?I?Sales?&?Marketing?or?equivalent.
2、4-7年以上銷售或市場(chǎng)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，化工或潤(rùn)滑產(chǎn)品方向優(yōu)先。
Mm.?4-7?years?of?relevant?working?experience?in?sales?and?marketing?preferably?in?chemical?or?lubricant?sector.
3、良好的溝通和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，成熟，主動(dòng)和自我激勵(lì)。
Excellent?communication?and?leadership?skills,?mature,?proactive?and?self-motivated.
4、具有獨(dú)立工作能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力。
Independent?worker?and?team?player.
5、良好的中英文書面和口頭溝通能力。
Excellent?written?and?verbal?communication?skills?in?Chinese?and?English.
備注：本崗位會(huì)委派至下屬子公司工作，下屬子公司為：上海金威斯洛供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)有限公司。上海金威斯洛供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)有限公司是加拿大Mega-lab工業(yè)清潔劑中國(guó)區(qū)總代理企業(yè)。
工作時(shí)間：周一至周五，08:45-17:30；
