1.在SAP中制作生產(chǎn)和非生產(chǎn)性物料的采購(gòu)訂單，下單給供應(yīng)商并準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)資料，將相關(guān)文件保存在SAP系統(tǒng)中/?Initiate?PO?in?SAP?for?production?material?and?non–production?material?to?suppliers?and?prepare?the?documents,?stock?all?related?documents?in?SAP?system；
2.與供應(yīng)商以及物流部門(mén)溝通并跟進(jìn)交貨時(shí)間/?Follow?up?the?delivery?time?with?suppliers?and?logistics；
3.做好付款相關(guān)工/?payment?related?work；
4.跟蹤物料的庫(kù)存情況，以防止物料的短缺或積壓/?Monitor?goods‘?stock?to?avoid?any?shortage?or?overstock；
5.尋找合適的供應(yīng)商，并與供應(yīng)商談判以爭(zhēng)取最好的交貨條件/?Search?and?look?for?suitable?suppliers?,?be?in?charge?of?negotiating?best?delivery?conditions?with?the?supplier;
6.維護(hù)采購(gòu)部門(mén)在SAP中的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)/?Maintain?SAP?data?related?to?purchasing?dept；
完成部門(mén)經(jīng)理安排的其他工作任務(wù)/?Other?tasks?assigned?by?purchasing?manager.
任職資格?Qualifications:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)者為佳。
Bachelor?degree?or?above,?preferred?mechanical?major?or?related.
2.2年以上采購(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，制造行業(yè)者為佳。
At?least?2?years?experience?in?buyer?position,?preferred?in?manufacturing?area
3.有責(zé)任感，細(xì)心，耐心，上進(jìn)，具備采購(gòu)領(lǐng)域的基本常識(shí)；
Responsibility,?careful,?patient,?self-motivation,?have?basic?sense?in?purchasing?field；
4.能承受一定的工作壓力。
