部門概括：This?role?is?responsible?for?implementation?of?BCIM?-?Business?Continuity?and?Incident?Management?program?in?the?respective?Global?Service?Centres?(GSCs)?within?the?Global?Operations?Structure
1.?Programme?Management?in?adherence?to?FIM?&?supporting?Standards,?training,?awareness,?continuity?readiness?and?Annual?compliance?Certification.Incident?Management?&?recovery;
2.?Mitigation?of?concentration?risk?through?adherence?to?GSCs?BCIM?Policies?and?derisking?of?existing?concentration?hot?spots.?Engagement?with?business?service?teams?to?provide?functional?support?whenever?/?wherever?required.Management?Information?Reporting?on?various?regional/business?dashboards;
3.?Maintain?a?robust?BCIM?Program?for?GSC?Operations?under?the?span?with?effective?implementation?of?Guideline?and?framework?documents?on?Continuity,?De-risking,?Recovery?desking,?BIA,?Contingency?Plans,?Exercising,?etc.?Promote?Business?resilience.?Arrest?concentration?risk?and?mitigate?concentration?hot?spots;
4.?Raise?the?profile?of?the?department?by?engaging?with?key?stakeholders?to?understand?the?challenges?faced?and?anticipate?emerging?risks.Ensure?self-growth?to?improve?quality?of?productivity?and?contribute?towards?the?teams’?growth.?Promote?Competency?development?of?team.
5.?Ensure?meticulous?spend?of?current?budget?and?plan?for?upcoming?years?to?ensure?the?objectives?of?function?are?met?with?minimum?resources?(cost,?infrastructure?and?human?resources).

任職資格:
1.?5?years?in?Operations;
2.?IT?or?any?other?risk?function?with?at?least?3?years?in?a?team?management?role;
3.?Certification?Recommended?Preferred:Certified?Business?Continuity?Professional?(CBCP)?or?equivalent,?CPBCM?(Certified?Professional?in?BCM)?from?DRII,?Certified?Business?Continuity?(CBCI)?or?equivalent?from?BCI.
