Job?Responsibilities?工作職責
1. Welcomes?clients?and?visitors?and?directing?them?to?their?place?of?appointment?in?a?professional?manner?(40%)?客戶和訪客接待??;
2. Handles?and?filters?all?incoming?calls?in?professional?manner?(10%)?總機電話接聽,過濾和轉接?;
3. Provides?timely?and?high?quality?logistic?services,?like?meeting?room?coordination,?office?&?lab?maintenance,?office?supplies?booking,?assist?supervisor?to?organize?activities?etc.?(30%)提供及時和高質(zhì)量的后勤服務,例如會議室協(xié)調(diào),辦公室和實驗室公共設備設施維修,辦公用品采購,協(xié)助主管舉辦活動等等;
4. Handles?monthly?payment?of?office?supplies,?maintenance?fee,?cleaning?fee,?shuttle?bus?fee,?etc?(15%)?負責核對和結算每月辦公用品,維修費用,清潔費用,班車費用等等;
5. Performs?ad-hoc?assignments?as?required?(5%)根據(jù)需要完成其他交代的任務。
