工作職責(zé)：
1.Carry?out?the?engineering?，PM?activities?within?terminal?so?as?to?ensure?optimum?availability?of?reliable?for?safe?equipment?and?facilities.?To?ensure?to?be?in?compliance?to?Vopak?and?statutory?SHE?requirements.
在庫區(qū)內(nèi)進(jìn)行工程和維修保養(yǎng)工作，以***的狀態(tài)保證機(jī)器、設(shè)備的可靠和安全，并確保符合公司和法定的安全健康環(huán)保要求。
2.Finish?monthly?assigned?PM?work?including?all?associated?check?list?on?time.?Monitor?KPI?closely,?and?make?proposal/suggestion?to?improve?reliability?of?equipment.
完成每月分配的預(yù)防性維修，包括按時(shí)完成所有相關(guān)的核對(duì)表。密切監(jiān)控關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)，對(duì)改善設(shè)備的可靠性提出建議。
3.Coordinate?with?other?engineers?of?PM?and?other?departments?so?that?M&R?works?can?be?executed?promptly.?Minimize?the?equipment?down?time.
與項(xiàng)目維修部的其他工程師及其他部門協(xié)調(diào)，迅速進(jìn)行維護(hù)和修理工作，將設(shè)備停機(jī)時(shí)間減至最少。
4.Manage?all?project?activities?covering?from?feasible?study,?government?approval,?preliminary?design,?peer?review,?procurement?cost?saving,?risk?assessment,?safety?review,?detail?design,?Hazop,?construction?stage,?right?up?to?completion?stage?so?as?to?ensure?smooth?progress,?safety?and?timely?hand-over?of?projects?to?operations?and?W&Ldepartment?before?commissioning
管理所有項(xiàng)目工作，包括可行性研究、政府審批、初步設(shè)計(jì)、節(jié)約采購成本、同行評(píng)審、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、安全評(píng)審、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、危險(xiǎn)與可操作性分析，從施工階段直到竣工階段，確保工程進(jìn)展順利，在試運(yùn)行前安全、及時(shí)地移交給倉儲(chǔ)和操作部門。
5.Participate?in?preparation?of?annual?budgets?for?maintenance?expenditure?with?monitor?and?control?measures?so?as?to?ensure?maintenance?work?are?conducted?cost?effectively?within?the?approved?budgets.
參與維修費(fèi)用年度預(yù)算的編制，采取監(jiān)督和控制措施，保證維修工作在核準(zhǔn)的預(yù)算內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)有效地開展。
6.Conduct?necessary?training/coaching?for?mechanical?technician?and?the?maintenance?contractors?according?to?its?respective?level?required.
根據(jù)不同工作的要求，為維修技師、操作人員及維修承包商提供必要的培訓(xùn)/指導(dǎo)。
7.Acquaint?and?understand?SHEQ?policy?and?objects?of?VSL,?fully?implement?IMS?procedures?and?SHE?KPI.
熟悉理解公司的安全健康環(huán)保及質(zhì)量制度和目標(biāo)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行一體化管理體系及安全健康環(huán)保關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)。
8.Provide?technical?guide?for?expansion?or?green?land?project?.?Coordinate?with?project?team?to?ensure?the?project?handed?over?with?qualified,?integral?and?reliable?for?mechanical?part.
為項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)建或新建項(xiàng)目提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。與項(xiàng)目成員協(xié)調(diào)，保證項(xiàng)目交接時(shí)機(jī)械部分合格、完整、可靠。
9.Assist?PM?Manager?to?update?related?procedure?per?Vopak?requirement.
幫助項(xiàng)目維修經(jīng)理按照孚寶要求更新相關(guān)程序。
10.??Finish?other?work?assigned?byPM?Manager.
完成項(xiàng)目維修經(jīng)理指定的其他工作。
